Christmas Parties: Bringing Joy to my Weekdays

Thanks to Christmas parties, I had a weekend right in the middle of my week.  By that I mean I went hard on Tuesday and Wednesday, as if they were Friday and Saturday.  Joy to the World, indeed.


How did I maintain my title as Healthiest Chick in the Bar during these shindigs?  I drank beer.  I know what you're saying.  "Beer?!  It has so many calories!"  However, I drank beer so I wouldn't get straight up drunk off my beloved vodka.  And because of this, I avoided late night munchies (if you haven't already heard, these are my worst enemy).  Did I save any calories in the end by consuming a hunk of cals from beer but avoiding that "fourth meal" (to use Taco Bell's sadly genius term)?  That I will never know.  But I did enjoy these parties and not feel like a total slob afterwards.
